This was my first marathon so I have nothing to compare it to. But the event was superb. Registration was effortless You didn't have to wait in the cold for the start. The course was logical and well marked, the "hoopla" friendly, helpful, wonderfully Texas. The medal and t-shirts were nice and THE MEDICAL SETUP, THE SPACE BLANKETS, MESSAGE CENTER,THE CHECK SYSTEM,THE **FOOD, FOOD, FOOD**,and the letters under which to find your family were EXCELLENT. Did I mention the food was good? See y'all next year - T.
P.S. sure wished that tracking system would have worked - my mom was waiting for the emails, but, better luck next time.
