I really liked the new course. It was great to get to the Westpark bridge and be at mile 15 instead of 13. I also liked not having to run so far West down San Felipe. It was nice to not have to deal with the speed bumps.
Good job to all of the volunteers.

The new course was great and so were the MANY volunteers. I too, was thrilled when I realized that I'd be halfway there just past the Rice Village. Turning on Tanglewood is such a plus for the marathon. Not only is it a beautiful neighborhood to look at, the support was great. Then just one quick mile and before you knew it we were on Woodway heading back into town. The marathon committee did a good job this time in designing this new course.
