 Subject: 1/2 Marathon awards

Does anyone know if the ALL 1/2 marathon finishers will get awards and t-shirts? My packet information seemed to indicate that, however after the race, nothing was given, which was very disappointing. I must say though -- the run was fantastic -- I don't mean to undermind the great day I had with my question.
