They did an EXCEPTIONAL job on the results this year at post race party. They were accurate, no one was left off, places were figured correctly, there was no "duplication" of awards (duplication of awards=winning overall and then also winning in your age group). Another thing with the results I especially liked was that when they posted FULL results---not just those who placed. I wish all races would take a lesson from this. Even though I placed, there are many, many races where DO NOT place and I want to see where I placed among ALL runners, gender runners and age group runners--My hat is off to whomever posted results on the web site and would encourage other race directors to do the same. This is a really nice, low-key race that is well-organized. The course is okay except for that very last turn right before the 3 mile marker--that is a SHARP turn to make on you way to the finish. I was disappointed in the t-shirts--hoped they would look like the registration form. Awards were better this year than last, but would prefer if they had your age group and your place (example: 2nd female 40-49). Very nice that hard cash is offered to overall winners--great incentive! Keep up the good work. We will be back next year for our 4th year!!! By the way, our running club, Bayou City Road Runners, had 10 participants in your race--that is good turn out for a low-key race! Thank you. bon P 1
