Justin, the class at West U is a triathlon training (triswim) class for all levels, but does require sign-up at each session. It fills up fast, the next session begins June 3 week and runs through August. Sometimes you can do a drop-in fee and swim, but lately they have cut it off at 35 and it is usually full. Hope this helps.
