Subject: Cameras in Med Tent IP: Logged
Message: I was recently unfortunate enough to require a trip to the med tent after finishing my first 1/2 IM, Buffalo Springs. The medical staff and volunteers were great! I can't thank them enough. For their help, I'll always be grateful.
However, there was a guy walking around with a camera taking pictures of "BSLT's victims." Please - if the thought of taking pictures of people in the med tent ever crosses your mind again - DON'T. I, as well as many others in there, didn't feel much like being photographed. Have some respect, and leave the picture-taking to the course & finish line.

Message: Howdy JJ:
Someone sent an email & ask me to hop onto this message board.
Not sure if you saw an Asian dude in a red shirt that has "dallastrigeeks.org" with a camera. If so, that was me. I was in there & taking pictures of the people that I know & they even requested their pix to be posted (lurk on our message board from a post from Carter or Sid). The pictures I had were of Carter Johnston, Francois Modave, Sid Cardoso (owner of inside-out sports). There's a link to our "photo" & they all know about it.
We don't take pix of random (except at start line) and post 'em on our photo link. We post the people that we know.
Feel free to shoot me an email offline if you have any questions.
And no, I am not an attorney.
Thanks!
