Message: Always look forward to this race every year. did not mind the new course--but, wish it would not have been mis-marked. It was off a little more than a 1/10th of a mile---when you are running a 5K, you want it to be a 5K, not a 3 mile or 2.999 mile course. What was so disturbing was that the map of the course was outlined correctly; however, whomever set up the cones that morning, mis-judged and put the second to last turn one entrance too early, making the course short.
Overall, there are no other complaints--just disappointed in the short course on a 5K. I shoot to do all June-August 5K's under a 21:30---when I got to the three mile marker and I was ONLY at 20:28, I knew it was a short course. Thanks, though for everything else. This was our 6th Lunar in a row. Keep up the good work on the rest of the race. Thank you. Bonnie Jo

Message: Bonnie, I am sorry about the short course. I think you could add about 24 seconds to your finish time. The course was about ~100 meters short.
I guess I will see you this weekend at the 5K on the Bay in Seabrook.
Jay..
