BUT even with the "medical sponge", it splashes like a dickens, any suggestions. My solution was to only put plain water in that bottle, and put Accelerade / Gatorade in the bottle on my frame. The straw from the aero-bar bottle makes a handy place to hang Cliff Shots too.
