Subject: sore rib cage IP: Logged
Message: A friend of mine made some adjustments to my bike, seat was shifted, drops, brakes, aeros. After a hard 30mile ride, my intercostals between my rib cage are really sore. Is that because of the adjustments?

Message: I have been riding for 9 years and have never let anyone adjust my bike for me. The pain is probably from being outstretched too much. You need to make the adjustment yourself - ask someone at a bike shop how you can make adjustments.
