For runners, Weds nights at the Woodlands High School track at 7pm. We normally have 20-30 runners of all ages and abilities at the Weds night track session. On Sunday mornings at 7am we run 10 miles leaving from McCullough HS. Pace ranges from 6 to 8 minutes miles.

Message: I would like to find a Kingwood total immersion coach. Masters classes spend very little time teaching technique but swimming is 90% technique. I just don't get it. I guess you have to be a swimmer and I'm NOT.
