Subject: Maybe if it was raining... IP: Logged
Message: I dunno why, but I sweat too much whenever I run on a treadmill... It looks like someone dropped a bucked of water on me... I only run 1 and a half miles and I dont think I should be sweating that much... Is there something I should do to stop this sweating?

Message: Dert: Get a fan. When you run on the road, you generate a 7+mph breeze that helps wick moisture. when you're stationary you just drench.
Dropwise condensation (outside) cools much better than laminar condensation (on the treadmill) so a fan can really help your indoor workouts.
