Does anyone know if the the Island Duathlon in Corpus Christi for Oct. 12 is going to be held? The web site is down and it is not listed on the USAT calendar or the RTN web calendar.

I have been wondering the same thing. I have not been able to access the STARRS website and there is nothing on the Corpus Christi Roadrunner's site. Last year's race director was Kathi DeLack. I don't know how to reach her though.

There is an email address on the 2002 USAT calendar for the RD. I sent an email to it about 3 weeks ago and so far no reply causing me to believe there are problems. Hope it is just a glitch as this has been a fun race to do.

Got an email from the President of starscc said the race was definitely on and the sign up will be on line soon.

Just spoke with the event director for 2003. We're going over some of the details with him and will have everything worked out for the September issue of RTN.
