I have a really nice only ridden 1 year Trek 5200 54 cm. I have a 29 1/2 inseam and it fit me great. Most companies are getting away from the cm measurement and are going to s, m, L comcept. Basically by adjusting the seat post and up/down and the seat fwd/back you gat get whatever fit you want. I also replaced the stem with a short one.
Net net is this is a great bike all carbon fiber that cost $2800 and I am selling for $1800. You can call 713-403-5123 John
