Subject: Running coach IP: Logged
Message: Triathlete, age 61, needs running coach. I do ok in the swim & bike, but struggle with with a 9:30-10:00 run. I would prefer a coach in the W. Houston or Katy area. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Message: I've heard that Bobbie Williams is a good coach. I saw an ad for her in RTN, but I don't have it with me.

Message: Try the Memorial Athletic Club in West Houston (Memorial @ Dairy Ashford) and ask for Annabelle. She is a tri/running coach and they offer several different programs

Message: See Al Lawrence, former Olympic Bronze Medalist in the 10,000 meter (1956). He is a superb coach and will meet you at Memorial Park several days a week. His fees can't be beat! I went from a 5hour marathoner to 3:35 in less than 2 years. contact him at [email protected]
or thru the Al Lawrence Running Club at
