I am with TRIGAL. That's the one I always heard. Or...you don't LOOK like a runner. Well go to a marathon and LOOK at runners! You see all kinds.

One of my other favorites is, "How do you stay so skinney, you eat like a horse!" (I weight 168 and 6'tall).
or "how far do you have to run in this Triathlon?" then you tell them about the swim and bike, "all in the same day?"
