The last race results listed on the active results page are for races dated early November 2003. The last race results listed on the Race Archives Page are for races from July 2002.
Is the search feature on the results page the only method available for accessing race results for events staged between August 2002 and October 2003?

Unfortunately, yes. Simply enter "YYYY-MM" into the date search field (where "YYYY" equals the year and "MM" equals the month) and you'll get all the races for that month.
