Message: hi..i know this is not related entirely but it does include running/sprinting..
my pal is slim..waist 30 inches..5:"6'..165 pounds..very fit and athletic..he plays soccer. he has huge thighs and calves which [the thigh] mostly ..he thinks is slowing his soccer game..he eats organic stuff and is very healthy all around..so how can he reduce weight [ not fat] maybe a little]..in his thigh to make him a faster /lighter soccer player??
ps. he does not do weight w/ his legs at all!
no weight training that is. what possible coud he do?? to help himself???
