Runner Triathlete News [ return ] From Message runner   11/12/2001 16:52:44 Subject: Classical 25K IP: Logged Message: Was anyone else disappointed in the race? ie: running out of powerade at some water stops, not very much in the way of supplement at the end, surprised that there wasn't "officially" any sponsorship that would have provided any performance gels etc. I am from the midwest any it just seems that there are better organized races up there. If they're going to charge $27 entry fee, the least they could do is have a little more selection of food at the end. I appreciate your comments and they will be taken into consideration to make it a better race next year. If you would like to be more specific in regard to the comments you had concerning food selection, as in what other food would you like to see at the end of the race, please do so.
