|  Healthy Steps Run for Cancer Awareness set for Sept. 22 August 30, 2001
The event will be directed by Roger Soler, and the 5K course
will be USATF certified. All registrants will receive a T-shirt
and free refreshments will be provided to all participants. A
free cancer health information fair will follow the race. Entry fees are $14 until September 14, $17 from September 15-21,

The Baptist Health System Healthy Steps Run for Cancer Awareness
is a 5K competitive run and 1 mile Fun Run/Walk, scheduled for
8:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 22. The race will be held at
Gunn Sports Park, 12001 Wetmore Road, in San Antonio, Texas.
Sponsored by Baptist Health System, this event is a fund-raiser
to benefit community education about the importance of early
detection of cancer.
