I have been involved with running for nearly 30 years. I have worked with a number of races. A few that I have helped with were charity runs. Their main concern was how much money they could raise and only used the race to achieve that goal. I have seen some who don't give a s..t about the race itself, just how much money they can get from sponsorship.
